We work as a team to provide client-focused programs that get results. Our Trainers are certified and hold a variety of qualifications including: Twist Conditioning Courses, Chronic Disease Self-Management, Bosu Certification, Spin Bike Training, LeapFit Joint Replacement Training and more!

Lacking a training plan (proper structure, accountability and knowledge) makes it difficult to get motivated, but we plan to help you achieve the life you want!

Scott has been working in the fitness field for over 30 years. Scott's specialties are core conditioning, boot camp and weight training. In a supportive, caring and non-judgmental environment, Scott is committed to developing a safe, fun and effective exercise program that educates and empowers people to greatly increase their quality of life.
